However, requests for rescheduling may be considered based on availability and at the discretion of Shine Career.

3. Online Aptitude Test Bookings

If an online aptitude or assessment test is booked but cancelled before the test is activated or conducted, a refund may be considered. Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or administrative fees.

4. College Admission and Registration Payments

Payments made toward college admissions, application fees, or institutional registrations are governed entirely by the refund policies of the respective educational institutions.

Shine Career only provides guidance and assistance in the admission process and does not control, process, or guarantee refunds related to college fees or seat cancellations. Parents and students must coordinate directly with the institution for such matters.
